Our herbal chai replaces the traditional black tea with red rooibos leaf, for a blend whose ingredients are delightfully naturally caffeine-free, flavorful, grounding, and traditionally known to be anti-inflammatory. I also recently learned that several of the chai spices are helpful for low libido besides supporting healthy digestion and immune health.
We enjoy our herbal chai brewed warm in the morning with creamy freshly-made coconut milk and raw local honey. Refrigerating and adding it to smoothies and ice cream "batter" is pretty delightful as well.
