ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Yes and no. Our tea and bath products do not use any animal products. There are a small number of soap collections that use local goats milk, but we are phasing these out. Our skin care and candles contain beeswax. Our burn salve contains raw, local honey.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No. Never.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CERTIFIED ORGANIC?

No. For the herbs we either source from certified organic suppliers, sustainably harvest (aka wildcraft) from the wild, or grow our own with 0 chemicals. For the oils and butters we use all certified organic, fair-trade ingredients except for the current batch of Avocado oil, which is non-GMO and glyphosate-free certified. (Chosen brand, if you want to look it up). We hope to replace that with an organic source soon. The beeswax is 100% natural, pure, and unbleached from a USA company. If you have a question about a specific ingredient, please reach out.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

No.

HOW CAN I PAY?

  • We have a quick and easy checkout process at Herbal Embrace. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, as well as all other types of credit and debit cards.
  • Additionally, you can use Paypal, Venmo (via Paypal), Shop Pay (a service of Shopify), Apple Pay, Facebook/Meta Pay, and Google Pay for an express checkout experience.

IS MY PRODUCT IN STOCK?

Yes! All products that are listed for immediate purchase on our site are in-stock and available. We do not allow purchase when out of stock, unless expressly indicated as a "Pre-Order."

WHAT WILL SHIPPING COST?

  • Good News! Shipping is FREE on your USA order of $100 or more. 
  • If you don't hit the $100 mark this time, you pay actual shipping cost.
  • Shipping cost depends on your location, weight, and size of the package, which is calculated at checkout. You can choose the shipping method you desire.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Yep! You'll receive a tracking code for your package with your shipping confirmation email from Herbal Embrace.
  • If you can't find your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, please check your promotions and other folders in your email.
  • If you still cannot find an email from Herbal Embrace, send Sarah an email and she'll be happy to get you the info you need. sarah@herbalembrace.com

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP & ARRIVE?

  • Please allow 2-5 days processing time for your order. This is due to the location of our farm and occasional weather events preventing safe travel to the city to drop our mail off with the mail carriers. 
  • Time in transit depends on the shipping carrier and shipping method. However, most packages in the USA arrive in 2 to 10 days.
  • You'll have 24/7 access to detailed tracking information on your package with your tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email from Herbal Embrace.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON THE ORDER I JUST PLACED?

  • Yes. As long as your order has not been accepted by the shipping carrier yet.
  • If you need to change your shipping address after you placed an order, please send Sarah an email as soon as possible: sarah@herbalembrace.com
  • Before completing your online order, you can easily change your shipping address during checkout.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • If you need to cancel your order, please email Sarah as soon as possible: sarah@herbalembrace.com
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

  • Our products are not returnable due to hygienic reasons

HOW CAN I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

  • Click the little account icon in the top menu and then Create Account.
  • Fill out all necessary information and submit the form. When your account is confirmed, you will receive an email from Herbal Embrace.

I FORGOT MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

No problem! You can reset your password by clicking the "forgot your password" link on the account login page. Instructions will be sent to your email.
