Red raspberry leaf alfalfa, nettle leaf, spearmint leaf, lemon balm, ginger root, lemon peel

How Much Will I Need?

To determine your ideal monthly supply of this tea, consider that 1.76oz of our loose tea would enable you to make 2 cups of tea per day, with 1 rest day per week, for an entire month.

If you typically drink 2 cups or less of tea, 6 days a week, then 1 bag is sufficient for 1 month.

If you typically drink 2-4 cups of tea per day, 6 days a week, then 2 bags would get you through the month.

Instructions

To make 1 cup of herbal tea, boil some pure (preferably distilled) water, let rest for up to 5 minutes, and pour over 1 heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea. Allow to steep for 5-20 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
