Instructions

Make a tea (1 tsp herbs per 1 cup of hot water - adjust amount according to hair length). Steep for 5-20 minutes, then strain. After rinsing out shampoo (or simply wetting hair), massage tea into scalp and entire length of hair. Rinse out with water. If desired, these herbs have been used to darken hair (and grays) when the tea is left in the hair for ~8 hours before rinsing out. Faster results may be achieved by simmering the tea gently, down to half its original volume before applying as a leave-in treatment.
