Ingredients:

Black Cohosh Root, Blue Cohosh Root, Blue Vervain Herb, Skullcap Herb & Lobelia Herb, in a base of Pure Grain Alcohol and distilled water.

Directions:

Shake well before opening. Take 3 drops to 1 teaspoon orally or apply externally as needed or as directed by your health care professional. For optimum results take 1 hour before or after meals as to not compete with digestion.
