Ingredients:
Certified Organic Flash dried powder from alfalfa, barley & wheat grass.
Directions:
Orally: Take one teaspoon with 8 ounces of water or your favorite cool juice or healthy beverage, two or three times per day. (more if needed) For optimum results, separate usage from other formulas by approximately 30 minutes.
Warning: Do not mix with any hot beverage as heat may destroy vital nutrients.
