Ingredients:

Barberry Bark, Wild Yam Root, Peppermint Leaf, Cramp Bark, Catnip Herb, Ginger Root & Fennel Seed, in a base of Vegetable Glycerin and distilled water.

Directions:

Shake well before opening. Take 15-30 drops three times a day or as directed by your health care professional. For optimum results take 1 hour before or after meals as to not compete with digestion.
