Ingredients:

Red rooibos leaf*, elderberries*, cinnamon*, cardamom pod*, star anise*, fennel seed*, ginger root*, clove*, peppercorn*.

Suggested Brewing Instructions (package makes approx. 6 batches of this size)

Measure out 2 Tbsp of Chai blend
(Optional) Crush herbs with a mortar and pestle.
Place herbs into a small pot with 3 cups water (or choice of milk). Bring to a gentle simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove brew bag, press gently. Add 1-2 cups of “milk” and sweetener to taste. Refrigerate leftovers. Compost herbs and wash brew bag
