Instructions:

(Optional) Crush herbs with a mortar and pestle.
Place brew bag into a small pot with 3 cups water (or choice of milk). Bring to a gentle simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove brew bag, press gently. Add 1-2 cups of “milk” and sweetener to taste. Refrigerate leftovers. Compost herbs and wash brew bag
