Ingredients:

Rooibos Chai: Red rooibos leaf, cinnamon, cardamom pod, star anise, fennel seed, ginger root, clove, peppercorn.

Vanilla Chai: Rooibos Chai + vanilla bean.

Orange Calendula Chai:  Rooibos Chai + orange peel & calendula flower.

Tulsi Chai: Rooibos Chai + Tulsi Leaf.

Elderberry Chai: Rooibos Chai + Elderberries

Instructions:

(also on the bag)

1. (Optional) Crush herbs with a mortar and pestle.
2. Place brew bag into a small pot with 3 cups water (or choice of milk). Bring to a gentle simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Remove brew bag, press gently. Add 1-2 cups of “milk” and sweetener to taste. Refrigerate leftovers. Compost herbs and wash brew bag
