Chai Spices & Red Rooibos tea blend. Brew in water or milk of choice, then sweeten (detailed instructions on the pouch). Each pouch makes 1-2 Quarts (depending on the strength you prefer) of naturally caffeine-free, 100% natural Herbal Chai Drink! See suggested batch size below. 

Ingredients:

Rooibos Chai Base: Red rooibos leaf, Ceylon cinnamon, cardamom pod, star anise, fennel seed, ginger root, clove, peppercorn.

Vanilla Chai: Rooibos Chai + vanilla bean powder.

Orange Calendula Chai:  Rooibos Chai + orange peel & calendula flower.

Tulsi Chai: Rooibos Chai + Tulsi Leaf.

Elderberry Chai: Rooibos Chai + Elderberries

Suggested Brewing Instructions (package makes approx. 6 batches of this size)

1. Measure out 2 Tbsp of Chai blend (mix a little with your spoon first)
2. (Optional) Crush herbs with a mortar and pestle.
3. Place herbs into a small pot with 3 cups water (or choice of milk). Bring to a gentle simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Remove brew bag, press gently. Add 1-2 cups of “milk” and sweetener to taste. Refrigerate leftovers. Compost herbs and wash brew bag

Store this tea packet in a cool, dark place.
