Hopsy Peppermint Herbal Loose-Leaf Tea Blend

Hopsy Peppermint Blend is a favorite bed-time or post-over-eating tea that can be enjoyed any time of day. The peppermint leaf and marshmallow root calm the digestive tract, while the hops and eleuthero root soothe the nervous system.

Instructions

To make 1 cup of herbal tea, boil some pure (preferably distilled) water, let rest for up to 5 minutes, and pour over 1 heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea. Allow to steep for 5-20 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
