Our lemon spinach is grown without the use of any pesticides, herbicides, or chemicals of any kind. We use companion planting, natural mulch, and homemade compost tea to develop soil quality and help the plants grow.

We water the greens the night before harvest so they are nice and plump in the morning. We pick the greens early in the morning so they are highest in nutrients, then we wash them with pure well water, spin them dry in a giant spinner, and bag up. This process allows the greens to stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
