Pine Forest Tea - Herbal Loose-Leaf Tea Blend

100 grams of loose leaf "Forest Tea" Herbal Tea Blend. It's twice the weight of my regular teas because well... the ingredients are heavy!

This tea has an amazing flavor - it is earthy and smooth but somehow citrus-y at the same time. Fantastic alone or with some raw honey or maple syrup.

All of these ingredients combine together to make a highly anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting tea. Pine needles are an excellent expectorant and are very high in vitamin C and shikimic acid. Naturally caffeine-free.  3.52oz

certified organic rose hips, certified organic red rooibos, Utah wildcrafted singleleaf pinyon pine (pinus monophylla)
 

Instructions

We recommend making this one in larger batches, as the pine needles do not fit well in a tea ball or a teaspoon. To make 1 quart of herbal tea, boil some pure (preferably distilled) water, let rest for up to 5 minutes, and pour over 2 heaping tablespoons of loose-leaf tea. Alternatively, add herbs to a pot, add water, bring tio a boil, then turn off the heat. Allow to steep for 5-20 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
