Relax & Mend Herbal Blend for Bath or Peri-Bottle

Herbal bath blend for the at-home spa. Just open up the cotton bag to breathe in the aroma, and you’ll want to start drawing your bath. All ingredients are certified organic.

This blend doesn’t just smell lovely — it’s a powerhouse of healing properties for everyday uses and especially for postpartum healing. Lavender, calendula, and chamomile are all calming to the skin and nervous system (well, really, the entire body!). Calendula and comfrey are incredible cell-proliferants — they help your body regenerate itself. Calendula is also anti-fungal and anti-microbial, helping you to balance the microbiome on your skin. Sarah brewed this tea and used it in her peri-bottle after birth! She also gently bathed baby's scalp in it to help with cradle cap there and uses it as a gentle wash if baby gets a diaper rash.

How to Use

Herbal Bath Kit comes with dried herb blend and a cotton brew bag. You can use them multiple ways...

• Put the cotton bag of herbs in your tub as it’s filling up and give it a few squeezes in the hot water, OR
• Brew a tea by putting the bag of herbs into a half-gallon of just-boiled water. Steep for 20 minutes, then put the tea and the bag in your bath!
• Fun fact, during the summer you could brew small amounts of the tea (1 tsp per cup of water) and then chill it for use as a skin mist! If you do this, use within 24 hours.
• You can also portion out smaller amounts for milder baths, small children, or foot baths.

Add 1-2 cups of Epsom salts to your bath for even more healing hydration, detox, and mineral absorption. Soak for at least 30 minutes. You deserve it.
