ELDERBERRY SYRUP KIT:
Ingredients: pre-measured organic elderberries from a local Utah family elderberry farm, ginger, Ceylon cinnamon, cloves, and star anise, with recipe and information sheet (tips, tricks, storage, dosage, etc.) No preservatives, no fillers, no anti-caking ingredients. Makes approximately 1 Pint of concentrated, extra-potent elderberry syrup.
You provide filtered water and desired sweetener. With all of the ingredients pre-measured and secured in the brew bag, all you have to do is put it in your pot of water and simmer slowly for maximum potency. I followed internet recipes for years before becoming an herbalist and learning the correct way to do this. Detailed instructions included. You can do this!
CALENDULA-INFUSED OIL KIT:
Calendula oficinalis benefits people AND gardens! It is a cell-proliferant, regenerating damaged cells. It soothes the skin, digestive tract, nervous system, and lungs; and it is anti-fungal, anti-septic, and anti-inflammatory.
Ingredients in Kit:
Dried calendula flowers and petals grown right on my chemical-free farm! Glass jar. Instruction card.
Directions: fill jar with desired cold-pressed oil (I reco olive, avocado, jojoba, almond, or Argan oil) to about 0.5in from the top. Keep in a sunny place and shake once a day for about a month. Strain and store in a cool dark place.
To Use: apply topically to sunburn, rashes, wrinkles, scars, etc., or use as a massage oil or facial serum. Depending on the oil used, it can be used as a base for salad dressing or a veggie drizzle! Add melted beeswax to make a salve.
CUTICLE CREAM:
Cuticle creams handmade in small batches with organic, fair-trade, nourishing ingredients. No chemicals, dyes, preservatives, or fragrances. The carrier oils and essential oils in these recipes are especially beneficial for the cuticles. Comes in a full 0.5oz tin. Gently dip your finger into the tin and rub onto cuticles - or any area of the skin that needs extra attention. This cream/balm absorbs into the skin quickly thanks to jojoba oil, so you can rub it on, take a few deep breaths, and go along your way.
Lavender Lemon Cuticle Cream ingredients: sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, beeswax, vitamin E oil, and essential oils of lavender and lemon. Still healing but a less expensive, less intensive option.
