This is an alternate way to accomplish the bundle than the standard capsules. It replaces Intestinal Sweep formula with Pau D'arco and Black Walnut Hull Cut/Sift to make a tea. Soothing Digestion Formula is replaced by Slippery Elm Bark and Licorice Root powders, for making a gruel. The instructions for how to make the tea and gruel are included in the digital files.
